This solution is composed of RVP6501 and the push-pull transformer RMR-039, combined with necessary rectifier diodes and resistive-capacitive components to achieve an isolated non-regulated power supply with an input of 5V ± 10% and an output of 5V/200mA. The primary and secondary isolation withstand voltage is not less than 1500VDC, and it can provide long-term short-circuit protection and self-recovery. It is mainly applied in distributed power supply systems on circuit boards where a set of isolation from the input is required to achieve safety and/or anti-interference.

This application scheme is based on a highly integrated peak current type flyback power supply controller RVPW015, combined with an isolated power transformer RBE-027, an output rectifier diode, and necessary resistive and capacitive components, to achieve an isolated voltage stabilizing power supply solution with an input range of 18V to 75V and an output of 5V. This scheme can achieve an output power of up to 6W within the full input voltage range, with an isolation withstand voltage between the primary and secondary sides not less than 1500VDC. It also features overvoltage and undervoltage protection, overpower protection, long-term short-circuit protection and self-recovery functions. This scheme can be applied in scenarios where electrical isolation is required on the system board to achieve safety and/or anti-interference purposes.
