The SQ813x is iMQ's next-generation PUF-Based Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) security chip, engineered to provide long-term cryptographic resilience against both classical and quantum-based attacks. It integrates hardware-accelerated PQC algorithms alongside conventional cryptographic primitives, enabling hybrid security architectures that meet emerging global standards. Designed for secure key storage, authentication, and firmware protection, the SQ813x delivers high performance with low power consumption, making it well suited for IoT devices, smart infrastructure, and industrial applications requiring future-proof security. SQ813x aligns with stringent industry standards, including NIST CAVP and ESV certifications, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 compliance under CMVP, and SESIP and PSA Level 3 readiness. It further supports CNSA 2.0 cipher suites and implements NIST SP 800-193 compliant Platform Firmware Resilience (PFR) Root of Trust, enabling secure boot, firmware integrity, and lifecycle protection for mission-critical systems.

SQ719x 系列以物理不可複製函數(PUF)技術為核心,PUF 輸出不僅具備 50% 的平均 Hamming Weight(位元分布均勻)且 normalized Hamming Distance中心值為0.5與接近 50% 的 inter-device Hamming Distance(跨晶片差異性),確保每顆晶片回應的唯一性。
SQ7191 is the PUF-Based Secure Element. PUF exploits the silicon’s inherent physical variations to generate cryptographic keys on demand—keys that are never stored and cannot be duplicated. This PUF-driven approach creates an immutable hardware “root of trust,” inherently resilient to cloning, extraction, and invasive attacks. The PUF demonstrates strong randomness with a 50% Hamming Weight, uniqueness with a normalized Hamming Distance centered at 0.5, and proven reliability test results.
