What qualifications are required for team participation?

Each team can have a maximum of 5 members, with no restrictions on age, nationality, or profession. If there are underage members in the team, a "Consent Form for Participation" must be signed by their legal guardian.

The competition promotes applications of the Internet of Things (IoT), specifically incorporating AIoT elements, without limitations on application areas or products. Evaluation criteria include creativity, commercial viability, sustainability, and functionality, focusing on these four key aspects.

Is it necessary to produce a finished product, or is presenting a plan sufficient?
